Conditions of Sale

Each plan conforms to CABO One and TWO Family Dwelling Code which complies with BOCA National Building Code, Standard Building Code, and Uniform Building Code. However, modifications may be necessary to comply with local and states codes. Consult your builder, architect or other construction professional as necessary.

All plans are copyright protected and their use are the sole property of the designer. Buyer's right is limited to a one time use to construct a single structure from the plans. To reuse and/or reproduce, sell or loan the plans without written permission from the designer is prohibited and is cause for legal action.

All sales are final and nonrefundable.
