Above you will see as-built photos of the old building we are working with. The old Restaurant that once occupied this building has gone the way of other fine eateries. They have gotten old and nonproductive.

Our chore was to Renovate the entire building and bring up to current code and town standards. The property is located in a Historic area of Town. Thus certain criteria had to be met to keep the local commisions happy. The floor plan below will give you an idea of the direction we are headed. Our plan is for a 50 seat, 1920's style roadside diner.
